How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply select the desired items and place them in the shopping cart. Then go to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information. Now all you have to do is confirm your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay us with the usual payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Google & Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung or Klarna.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible.
Shipping within Germany usually takes 3-5 working days.
International deliveries may take longer.

Please also note that some items, which are produced only after the order is placed, may have a longer delivery time. This is indicated for each respective product.

After shipping you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.


Which countries do you ship to?


Apart from Germany, we currently ship to the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia,
Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic and
Hungary.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping costs within Germany are 6.99€ and are free from an order value of 135€.

Shipping to EU countries


The shipping costs are 13.99€ and are free from an order value of 150€.

Will there be any additional costs after I have placed my order?

Since we are based in Germany, you will not incur any customs duties or other costs as long as you live in an EU country.

Can I return my order?

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may need a different size. We are therefore happy to offer you the option of a return.

What do I have to consider when making a return?

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal.
In order to arrange a return, we ask you to contact us. You can also use our contact form for this.


Please note that we can only accept your return if the product is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Please also enclose our cancellation form with your return so that we can assign it correctly.

You bear the costs of the return yourself.
We recommend that you send the package insured so that you can track the shipment. Please understand that we cannot refund items lost in the post.

What should I do if I have received a defective item?


Even if we pay a lot of attention to the quality and care of our products, mistakes can of course also happen to us.
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
